Humphrey Wong

Humphrey Wong, the principal dietitian of 211 Nutrition, is passionate about empowering individuals and communities to achieve their health goals through personalized, evidence-based nutrition care. With extensive clinical experience, he takes a compassionate and practical approach, providing expert support to guide clients through complex health conditions.
Humphrey has a profound passion for diabetes management and is studying to become a Diabetes Educator! Besides, he also specialises in:
- Weight management (overweight, malnutrition)
- Chronic disease care (fatty liver, hypertension, dyslipidemia, kidney disease)
- Gastrointestinal disorders (IBS, IBD, food intolerances)
- Children’s health (fussy eating, faltering growth)
Humphrey speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, cycling, and cooking meals for family and friends.
Natalie Wong

B. NutSc, M. Diet, APD
Natalie is a supportive and caring dietitian, qualified with a Master of Dietetics from Monash University. She loves to build safe and trusting relationships with her clients by understanding each individual’s unique background. Clients can expect not only expert nutritional advice but also a supportive partner on their journey towards transformative and lasting lifestyle changes.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Natalie offers multilingual services in:

Pik Chow

Pik graduated from Monash University in 2023 and has been working as a clinical dietitian since. She loves supporting clients in making meaningful behaviour changes and rebuilding a positive relationship with food—an aspect of her work she finds especially rewarding.
Originally from Hong Kong, Pik values the opportunity to work with individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Her bicultural background has given her not only linguistic skills and cultural food knowledge, but also a personal appreciation of the challenges that can come with adjusting to a new environment. She believes that food is far more than just nutrients; it’s a source of connection and an integral part of our identity.
She has a particular interest in supporting individuals who:
- Live with irritable bowel syndrome (Monash-trained Low FODMAP dietitian)
- Struggle to take the first steps in making dietary changes (trained in motivational interviewing)
- Wish to improve their relationship with food
